SShan Meat & Vegetable Curry Mix Use: Recipe suggestion: 500g Meat, cubed 500g any Vegetables, cubed 200g Onions, finely sliced 200g Tomatoes, diced 175g Ghee or Oil 3-4 tbsp Shan Meat & Vegetable curry Mix 1. Fry the onions in the ghee/oil for a few minutes. Add the meat, Shan Meat & Vegetable Curry Mix and tomatoes and fry for a few more minutes. 2. Add 2-3 cups water and cook on a low heat until the meat is tender. 3. Add the vegetables and more water if necessary. Cook on high heat for a few minutes then lower the heat and cook until the vegetables are tender. Ingredients: Paprika, Red Chilli, Salt, Cumin, Carom, Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic, Black Pepper, Coriander, Mace, Clove, Cinnamon, Brown Cardamom. Produce of Pakistan.
